After extensive water damage, a previous contractor who left the balcony in a demolished state and a stop work order from the municipality, Above Construction Inc. was called in. Being fully licensed and insured Flaviano was able to address all concerns and move on with engineered drawings and designs, in compliance with the local building department and the Ontario Building Code.
We rebuilt this balcony replacing all framing and structural members. We installed a new window and door system, wrapped the beam and columns using PVC trim board, installed premium vinyl membrane for the balcony deck and new aluminum railing system. These materials, when installed professionally, are sure to stand the test of time.
