Above Construction Inc. is a full-service, Hamilton based, construction company specializing in custom home renovation. We are fully licensed and insured. With experience in renovating and building, our team offers high quality workmanship and results that are “Above” your expectations. Whether you are looking to update, finish or add to your home – we can help. Our team is extremely meticulous and pays close attention to every single detail that goes into each project. Our job is not complete until our client is completely satisfied.

 

Primarily serving Hamilton, Halton and Niagara, but we are happy to travel to your location!

About Flaviano

Hi! I am Flaviano Vergadis and I thank you for considering Above Construction Inc. for your home renovation needs.

 

I have over 10 years experience working in residential and commercial spaces. My experience spans from smaller scale bathroom renovations to full home renovations, including design, demolition and reconstruction. I combine this experience and knowledge to bring you work that is both beautiful and functional. I also have experience renovating commercial spaces.

 

My educational background in Architectural Engineering has provided me with a vast understanding of the technological aspects of planning, design and construction.

 

When you trust us with your project, every detail is carefully examined and explained in a language that you can easily understand – and our clients love us for this! Above all, we provide you with a thorough and comprehensive quote that clearly details your project. We try to ensure that we consider any foreseeable obstacles to try to mitigate unexpected future costs.
