This main floor renovation consisted of everything from replacing the marble floor tiles that were loose and broken, painting the walls to include a feature colour, all new cabinetry, counters and backsplash, among other details! There were features of this space that we were to keep original, such as the oversized stained trim work and the existing hardwood floors. After intentional planning we were able to select things like the cove moulding in the kitchen to match the plaster cove in the dining room as well as utilizing every area of the kitchen to suit this homeowner’s needs. We created custom stained open shelving, window trim and a unique hood fan detail that was a design collaboration from the homeowners and our team. Some of our favourite features of this space are the numerous light sources, the cutting board pull out and the coffee station which is equipped with a water line! The details are endless!
