This stunning waterfront property had a partially finished walkout which we transformed to include four spacious bedrooms and a full bath. We converted the unfinished portion of the space into a utility room and two bedrooms. We were able to remove the nonfunctioning step and awkward shower in the bathroom and replace it with a tub. The staircase was refinished and the two existing bedrooms were upgraded to include light fixtures, additional electrical outlets and functional closets.
